M5 screw size 20x20 and 20x40 sigma V-slot profile brackets with channel guide. They fit M5 10mm screw with 1mm washer. 4 holed versions were added for stronger operations. New variations are on the way. p.s: if you are looking for sizes to design your own; each hole's center is 20mm away from another and 2020 type profiles V-slot's size is near by 6mm
