I designed and built this custom two-piece Arduino mount for my trusty Makerfarm Pegasus 8" 3D printer. The design includes a 40mm fan mount to keep my driver cool under heavy loads. I also added M5 holes for secure mounting to the frame, and M3 bolts that can self-tap into smaller holes as needed. This picture shows an earlier version of the design.
