Mount COB LED strips to your 2020 frame with these thingies. The size of the LED strips I used: 170 mm x 14.5 mm. The LED strips are 12 volt, 6 watt. I noticed however that each of the LED strips had a different brightness at 12 volt. Solution for that is to drive the LED strips with a constant current (0.5 ampere). I have connected the LED strips in series. I used a DC-DC boost step-up converter to get to a voltage high enough for the three LED strips in series. A LM317 is used to create a constant current source. A switch allows to choose between 250 mA and 500 mA. Apply some thermal paste between the LED strips and the frame for optimal cooling of the LED strips.
