Aligning extrusions proves to be the most challenging part of assembling a frame kit. This jig streamlines getting cube corners precise. Step 1 - slide the "through" bar down the longer ribs. Step 2 - drop the other two sides onto the jig. Step 3 - bolt the two sides into the upright, ensuring tight bars fit snugly together when tightened. Step 4 - remove the jig. It slides off easily. Step 5 - bolt the remaining corner, verifying a tight fit. No more fussing with checking that faces are flush and that the bars haven't twisted. I've also been examining a model for printed corner brackets I hope to share soon.
