CobbleBot 3D Printer Endstop Mount for 2020 V-Slot Extrusions This endstop mount is specifically designed to accommodate MakerBot Mechanical Endstop v1.2 switches, which were shipped with the CobbleBot 3D printer. The mounting plate offers adjustable height and offset capabilities by attaching to brackets in multiple positions. The brackets and plate are optimized for flat printing, minimizing stress fractures that can occur during manufacturing. To assemble this endstop mount, you will need to print two brackets and one plate per endstop. The brackets attach securely to 2020 V-Slot extrusions using M5 bolts and t-nuts, while the plate is attached to the brackets with a 30mm M3 bolt and an M3 nut. Precautions must be taken when removing the built-in supports from the underside of the brackets. Once you have assembled your endstop mount, ensure that it is securely fastened in place using the specified bolts and nuts. Design Files The original design files for this endstop mount are included with this Thing. These files were created using Fusion 360 software. Testing Status Please note that I have not yet personally tested this endstop mount. As soon as I have, I will update this listing with photos of the assembled mount in use.
