2020 Extrusion (B-Type Nut 6) End Cap with screw hole

<p>This is a remix of <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1876628">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1876628</a> for screw mount.</p> <p>As I do not trust much in glue, I made a version to mount with a wall plug and a screw. Most of the 2020 extrusions should have a 6mm hole, I had 2 different suppliers where this works well.</p> <p>Getting good results now with flexible filament I added an additional dome shaped design acting as a damper.</p> <p>Needed material:</p> <ul> <li>1x 5mm wall plug</li> <li>1x screw 2.9x25mm</li> </ul> <p><strong>History:</strong></p> <p><strong>Version 0.2.0</strong><br/> Added dome shaped design for flexible material.</p> <p><strong>Version 0.1.0</strong><br/> First design.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>For the normal end cap 100% infill is recommended.</p> <p>For the dome shaped design acting as a damper I used the following parameters for a 0.3mm nozzle:</p> <ul> <li>Infill Density: 20%</li> <li>Infill Pattern: Gyroid</li> <li>Wall Line Count: 2</li> <li>Bottom Thickness: 4mm (to keep the base plate 100% solid)</li> </ul>
