2020 Extrusion Hinge for Voron Fridge Door mod

<p>These hinges fit 2020 extrusion and the frame side is made to clear the side panels on a Voron V2 or Trident printer. &nbsp;I made them to use in the “Fridge Door” mod. &nbsp;Basically just duplicate the front of the Voron frame to make a front door for the printer.</p><p>My printer has 1mm foam gasket and 3mm thick acrylic side panels. &nbsp;The parts may need reworked if your foam gasket or side panels are a different thickness. &nbsp;(the spec was changed to 3mm thick foam gasket after mine was built.) &nbsp;Make sure that the hinge is preventing the screw from being tightened against the acrylic side panel. &nbsp;The acrylic could crack if the screw is tightened against it.</p><p>My printer has 1mm foam gasket on the front. &nbsp;If your printer has something else, you may need to adjust the location of the holes on the door side to account for a thicker gasket. &nbsp;I have included separate stl files with a blank door side hinge and holes so the holes can be placed where needed.</p><p>The hinges use 5mm rod for the hinge pin. &nbsp;It is a very tight fit to prevent the door from sagging any. &nbsp;The pins need to be hammered in. &nbsp;The hinge may even need to be drilled out before hammering a pin in.</p><p>I did not release this previously because I didn't think it was refined enough, but I have received a few requests so here it is As-Is/No Warranty; might not work for you.</p>
