2020 Hinge Corner

Lightweight hinge for connecting two 2020 aluminum extrusions. Designed to fit snugly within the 20mm corner cube. This connector isn't intended to bear loads, but it should provide enough strength to hold its attached extrusions firmly in place. If you need to support more weight, consider using 910 Nylon. Multiple angles are available, but I've only tested the 100° version. Print two matching pieces to create a sturdy connector. Parts: 3 - M5x20 Countersunk Socket Screws - shorter screws can be used for better fit 2 - M5 Washers - insert these from the outside for secure hold 1 - M5 Locknut - tightening is easier with nylon side facing inwards 3 - 8mmx1mm Spacers - add extra support to your design 2 - 5x10x4 Bearings* - the stack of bearings and spacers should go inside for optimal performance Printer: Eustathios Filaments: Atomic Filament Transparent Orange PLA (full list available on thrinter) *affiliate link
