Another woodworking marking gauge. Pro : this one uses a 2020 profile for the slider part. Con : this one uses a 2020 profile for the slider part. I was inspired from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:525454 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2851783. If you look for something fully printable, those are the ones. If you need something longer and have an aluminium profile to spare, you just need to print the "base" which slides on the profile and the head which holds the pencil. You also need (a lot of) hardware : - 1x 2020 aluminium profile (any length) - 1x M5 button or round screw (for fixing the head in the profile center hole) - 1x M3x20 socket or knurled screw (for the pencil clamp) - 1x M3 nut (for the pencil clamp) - 1x M4x12 socket or knurled screw (for the slider) - 1x M4 t-nut (for the slider) And you will need to make an M5 thread in one center hole of your profile.
