2020 Server PSU Support (Modified)
thingiverse
I saw a server PSU mount for 2020 aluminum on https://www.thingiverse.com/crypt0zone. The link to the model is https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3106666. I decided to print it out, but the height of the PSU opening was larger than my HP 1200 watt power supplies. So I modified it a bit here and there to make it work for me. I actually remade it from scratch in Tinkercad, but credit goes where credit is due! The end cap is designed for the side with the breakout board, featuring a 2mm spot that prevents the PSU from moving forward anymore. I also created a custom mount for the X11 breakout board from Parallel Miner. A huge shout-out to them for providing me with some dimensions to make this possible. This custom mount provides much-needed support to the often flimsy breakout board by connecting it to the aluminum frame. Not only that, there are two screw holes and nut cutouts to hold it down. Unfortunately, I couldn't do one side as it interfered with the frame, but the board is now stable and even with the PSU. I hope someone can use these for their build.
