This is a remake of 3D_Pro's design for an M5 tapping guide for 2020 aluminum extrusions. The extrusions 3D_Pro used had a hole with a diameter of 4.30mm and they tap fine with an M5 tap. The ones I bought, and seemingly many others, have a 4.80mm center hole and need to be tapped for an M6 bolt. So I remixed the tapping guide with a larger hole for an M6 tap. Edit: I felt that the guide was a little too tight to comfortably get in the 2020 extrusions and the hole was still a wee bit small for the M6 tap. The new version has the X and Y dimensions increased 1% for easier use.
