Tool to assist you in aligning a tap to the end of a 2040 extrusion. This one is specitically designed for Misumi HFSB5 series, but should work equally well with any of the common extruded T-Slots as well as OpenBeam. Should work equally well with 20x20 extrusion. Instructions Print with a brim - the object is a bit top heavy. The pilot hole has a 6mm diameter, as it was designed to fit my Europa 5mm spiral fluted tap. Insert into and over end of extrusion - it should fit tight, and is slotted to only fit one way on 20x40 beams. Insert Tap, do the needful, and you should have a lot easier time getting a good, straight set of threads. I've just done 16+ ends for a RoStock build, and it works a treat. Sorry for the craptastic print, I was in a hurry and printed it fast and hot!
