2040 Extrusion Shim Spacer

During my d bot build, I ended up making a mistake in my measurements and instead of ordering new parts, I decided to make a shim instead to fix it. This is a quick and dirty 2040 extrusion shim. I added the channels for V-Slot to keep it compatible for others that might be using the d-bot parts and would have clearance issues otherwise. Print it at 100% infill, put the face of it on the bed, and scale the Z axis if you need it larger. It's set to 2mm height by default.
