Remix to bolt to 2040 aluminium extrusion. Also lengthened since using for safety glasses which given they tend to wrap around are deeper. As usual, requires t-nuts and M5 screws to mount. In the example, bolted to some scrap form ply. Pilot holes, Forstner bit for recess to fit bolt head + washer, 6mm holes for bolts. 2040 tapped with M5 threads.
