This file is uploaded here as-is with no warranty of any kind, either express or implied. This object is a 20mm diameter cylinder. It's intended to be used as a calibration print to ensure different FFF printers produce very similar cylindrical prints. We use it by: 1.Changing the print settings appropriately for the filament that is to be used. 2.Slicing at 100% infill with the print settings that are intended to be used for the final cylindrical print. 3.Measuring the result with calipers, ensuring the diameter is 20mm +/- 0.5mm (ideally +/- 0.3mm). 4a.If it is, we're done with the cal. 4b.If it's not, adjust extrusion settings or gantry's squareness (or equivalent). The extrusion settings should be changed appropriately if the diameter is consistently greater or less than 20mm. The gantry's squareness (or equivalent) should be adjusted if the diameter varies by more than 1mm (ideally < 0.6mm). Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Infill: 100%
