It's a simple 20x20x20mm cube to test wall tickness and ajust flow rate. After you set the e-step of your extruder correctly , you can fine-tune the flowrate for each filament pool with this cube. The example is in Cura but probably any slicer can did it: - Put infill to 0%. - Put bottom layers to 0. - Put top layers to 0. - Set Wall Line count to 1 or 2. - Print it. - Do measurement with a digital caliper. Measure the thickness of the wall with a digital caliper. The wall must be the size of your nozzle ( for example 0.4mm ) multiply by numbers of walls. If not , do this calculation and ajust the Flow Rate with this purcentage: (AverageOfTheFourWallsThickness / (NozzleSize x NumberOfWalls)) x 100 Example: Wall 1 = 0.36mm Wall 2 = 0.36mm Wall 3 = 0.34mm Wall 4 = 0.34mm Average = 0.35mm Nozzle size = 0.4mm Numbers of wall = 1 0.35 / 0.4 = 0.875 0.875 x 100 = 87.5%
