This is an adapter to convert 2x5lb Walmart gym weights in to a 10lb Equatorial mount counterweight. This is designed for: 20mm shafts (Vixen SP GP, CG5, EXOS-2, sky veiw, IEQ30, ZEQ25) 27mm Bores (loose fitting 1" gym weights) 20mm Bushing (5lb walmart weight) 40mm Bushing (two 5lb weights from walmart. 35mm Bushing 25lb Walmart Weight 2.5mm 5mm, 10mm, & 20mm spacers take up slack if needed. You should be able to scale the spacers in the Z direction to perfectly fit. Use the part's threads to clamp the weight stack together, then used a M6x1 x 20mm bolt to clamp the adapter to the counter weight bar. The bolted section should be on the outside of the weights, in case the adapter splits in the Z, the clamped ring will prevent the weights from falling off.
