Use 20x40mmLoosey.stl and trim very carefully to get a free running toy. if you need a bearing use the original Carefully glue with acetone the inside race together. very light and check for penetration. any globs will be a bump to get past. trim along the raceway and assemble. put the inner race inside the one of the outers and load it with 6mm Airsoft balls.snap the other half down - evey one I have made held together by itself at this point. if it spins freely enough glue it carefully. I made loosey with a .1 mm of slop in the raceway. Loosey01 has .15 mm slop. trying to get a free running bearing right off the printer
