A custom 3D printed flashlight with a mount that I designed for fun. It's as of yet untested, so print at your own risk. Thermals have been simulated and should be within spec, but once again, do at your own risk. To build you'll need the parts below, the printed body of the flashlight, and some M3 and M4 hardware, and some thermal paste. Parts list (excluding screws and printed parts): - 20W COB led with 34mm mounting hole spacing (such as https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001181722547.html?spm=a2g0o.9042311.0.0.26a74c4duEEYKm) - 20W LED Driver (can be any as long as it fits, such as https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33039050417.html?spm=a2g0o.9042311.0.0.26a74c4duEEYKm) - Battery Management and Charging Board (4S, such as https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33062582527.html?spm=a2g0o.9042311.0.0.27424c4dnnfYqg) - 12mm push switch (such as https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001291695467.html?spm=a2g0o.9042311.0.0.27424c4dnnfYqg) - 4 18650 batteries (any) - xt60 female connector - 2 25mm*50mm heatsinks (such as https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32552401023.html?spm=a2g0o.9042311.0.0.26a74c4duEEYKm) - approx. 110mm of 1/16*1 inch of aluminum flat bar (acts as the heat conduit from the LED to the heatsinks)
