I did not find any cheap, but powerful flashlight to buy so i made one myself. Total price is about 5-8 euros if u have some spare lithium cells around. I used old laptop batterys so the runtime for my flashlight is around an hour or so but with goot quality 3000mAh cells the flashlight should last well over an hour. It daws about 2 A from the batteryes depending on the voltage. You can easily add a potentsiomiter to controll the power of the light. If you want to build one yourself make sure you BUY A 12V LED CHIP!! Most of the 20w chips use 32v.
