This is a mount for an SK68 flashlight and .22 pellet pen that fits between scope rings on a Picatinny rail. In its current configuration, the distance between the scope rings is 57 mm. Try to get a snug fit without having too much room and definitely make sure it has enough space. It should slide right on the rail before you attach your scope rings. The pen holder protrudes a bit to clear any bolts for a rail adapter for airguns. To detach the pen, pull it out sideways starting from the top. To reinsert, do it from the bottom first so it doesn't flick out a pellet. While possible to remove, the flashlight holds harder and is meant to stay on. I use this when I go rat hunting at night. The light helps to see them while the pen keeps my hands lead-free and helps with quicker follow-up shots. All while keeping your pockets free for other things. I don't have a .177 airgun so I cannot make one for it unless I get the dimension of that pen and have someone try it out.
