I needed an adapter to install a 2230 NVMe drive into a motherboard that did not have a 30mm option and I wasn't happy with the printable adapters available. Here is my take on it. This adapts a 2230 drive to a 2280 slot. Use an M2.5 screw to connect the 2230 to the adapter, then use whatever screw is required to fasten the adapter to the motherboard. Most seem to be M2 but i have seen M1.5 and M2.5 used as well. This adapter will work with them all. This is designed specifically to match the height of the M.2 connector on the motherboard and the height of the threaded pem used to hold the drive in place. Print with the flat side down.
