I liked the idea of 3D printing the CCI style ammo boxes but i wanted 50RD variants i just shortened it in Tinkercad for all files Someday i'll get around to making the custom lids too as even when the flat is ironed my labels/stickers dont stick to them for long if at all. they print well - the tray may need some attention with a small drill bit or chamfer tool to make rounds slide in easier, depending on how fine-tuned your printer is. though i mostly plan to just use the trays that come in CCI/Remington boxes which can also be easily and readily found in most gunrange trash cans if you really want a lot of them. So Why 50RD boxes? -You can stuff more of them in 30/50 cal ammo cans as the 100rd boxes only really can fit in one way. -Somewhat limit how fast you go through ammo -Seemed like a good idea, CCI has 50rd clear slide-top boxes for more specialty ammo so i thought i'd do the same.
