22mm Handlebar Mount System for Bike or ATV

I wanted a way to mount some momentary buttons up to my Yamaha ATV's for a horn button. Wanted something small that wasn't too obtrusive once mounted, yet was easy to place almost anywhere and could put the button in a convenient place. All hardware is m3. The nuts for the clamp recess into the mount strap, and there's slots for the nuts to slide into for the flange mounting bolts. The 2 screws that hold the clamp together are m3 x 10, and the screws that will thread into the tab mounting spot will vary depending on what you mount to them. There's 5mm of thread in, so in the case of the mounting tab that I included, it is 3mm thick, so you would use an m3 x 8 screw. If you design a tab that's 5mm thick, you would use an m3 x 10, and so on and so forth. The mounting tab that's included in the download is for the momentary buttons I purchased off eBay that use a 16mm hole to mount, but any sort of mounting tab could be modeled to mount to the clamp system for either a different size hole, or mounting something completely different for that matter. The mount surface on the clamp is 10mm x 20mm, with the screw threw holes spaced 10mm apart from each other. I printed the final clamps with 100% infill ABS to be as strong as possible. With that, I also printed them with a 3% increase in size to account for shrinkage. 2-3% should do well. 2% is a little snug, 3% leaves a little looseness in the final clamping force. I noticed that a 2% increase in size printing with PLA gave me about the same fitment as using a 3% increase in size with ABS. But everyone's print settings are going to differ. The print is at least a very quick print job that doesn't use much material, so some trail prints may be needed to get the perfect fit. Both my ATV's had 22mm handlebars, as well as my Argo 6x6 amphibian, so I can only assume that 22mm is the standard size used on most ATV's.
