This is a simple 25 series 80/20 T-NUT. It's designed and shared in tinkercad, so just copy it, and modify the hole size (comes with 5mm). You don't need threads, just twist the bolt in to it. If you go .05 mm over on the hole size (I use metric), it screws right in. I had a bunch of plastic cable management brackets going in some extrusion, and I didn't want to pay for the expensive nuts, so I just printed some of these as there was minimal load. I wouldn't put anything super heavy on it. It fits snug, so you don't need a set screw when using it on a vertical piece while you get your part fitted and bolted in. It is *NOT* a roll-in. It would be trivial to extend to a double-nut or triple nut, or tack it on the bottom of a piece of cable management or whatever you need. Make it a part and go nuts. Thanks.
