25mm Aluminum Extrusion Delta Printer Brackets

These are the corner brackets for connecting together 80-20 25mm aluminum extrusions for building a delta 3D Printer. The bottom mounts also has all the holes for a NEMA 17 Stepper motor and the space for a G2 belt adaptor. For the top bracket there is a spot to mount two flanged m3 bearings to use as an idler pulley for a 6mm belt. You will need a 40mm m3 machine screw to mount the bearings. The bearings are linked below. There is also a spot to connect an endstop switch, they are also linked below. Post-Printing Remove Support Make sure just to clean up all of the support, then you should be good to go! Bolt It Up Using 2 Hex bolts per extrusion simply slide the end of the head of the bolt into the end of the extrusion then put the end of the bolt through the holes in the printed part. After that using a nut that matches the bolt tighten the extrusion down to the printed part, making a rigid connection.
