25mm Gear-Motor Mount --- REV A

This is a motor mount for cheap 25mm gear motors (see link below for motors) All holes on this bracket are designed to be tapped for M4. The mounting holes are in a rectangular pattern that is 0.9 x 1.1 inches. The mount itself is a 1.5" Cube. The center hole on any of the sides is intended for a set screw to secure the motor in place. The motor can only be inserted in only one direction. These motor mounts work well with my foam wheels: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4135457 This part is designed to be printed in the orientation shown in the CAD screenshot above, with the large motor bore being positioned vertically, and the side with two holes facing up. This design prints better WITHOUT supports and is designed for a .4mm nozzle and a 0.3mm layer height. This is part of my modular 3D printed robot. As I finish the design, I'll update this page with links to the rest of the robot. I plan to re-design this part to use threaded inserts instead of directly threading the plastic.
