Coming back to 40k after a decade I found that all my infantry were on the "wrong" base. Cutting them off their old bases is time consuming, damages the model and ruins the basing. Not to mention those old slot A models don't mount properly on the bases GW produces. So I made this adapter to make life easier, with the added benefit that they can be used to mark squads. Enjoy.
