I started with https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2794688, then redid the bolt hole pattern for the Tetrix robotics build system. Now I can use all the 25T spline servos I have laying around with the Tetrix aluminum gears and channels. Standby while I get these printed next week and possibly make adjustments. It should work, since I have successfully used the Tetrix bolt hole pattern on other designs and Chris has successfully printed the 25T spline. You will also want to read Chris's advisory on using plastic servo horns vs. metal horns and his comments on dialing in the 3d printer for a tight but not impossibly tight fit onto the servo.
