A great loss in the war against the Ghuls and Geists. He was the first one to cut off the corrupted anima system from the rest. Unfortunately, he got corrupted himself. He knew the risk, and he even tried to kill himself before the corruption took over, but unfortunately for us, his blood was too strong to burn. He rose from the ashes and slaughtered every single one of his followers.   Now he is leading the massive hordes of Ghuls, he seems to still be conscious of his actions, almost as if he chose to join the Ghuls. He is able to control vast groups of these monsters and uses his infamous blood magic to resurrect and heal them. He even managed to break into one of our Blood Chambers and steal a Blood Altar. He just broke the whole thing off the ground and took off on it. He now flies around on this altar and spreads his blood to all the Ghuls, it seems to empower them. I just hope we are able to stop him soon.  Count VarskarVarskar was a great leader. He lead a great army of Moratu'kin into the battle against the Ghuls. He was one of the few that could control great beasts, like the Dreadwings and the Roknar'kins Droknars. Very few Moratu'kin are able to control the Droknar, and Varskar was one of them. It requires a good amount of Blood magic, and intimidation in order for the Droknar to look at you as a pack leader, and not just as the next meal. Count Varskar was probably the first I have seen to be forcefully corrupted by other Ghuls. He was taken hostage by Nefarkus during one of the battles in the Morathia district. He was corrupted right there for all to see. After a moment of silence, while all, even the Ghuls, gazed upon the Blood Altar. Varskar rose with more Ghulish features, like extremely long claws, he took a deep breath and roared like a beast. After a moment, in the distance, a Droknaghul flew directly to meet Varskar, he mounted the corrupted beast, and dove straight into our ranks, slaying his own officers and soldiers, those who followed him into battle mere moments ago. We have never seen such a fast conversion, that battle was lost due to Varskar and Nefarkus.  We haven't seen much to those two after that battle, but we are searching in every nook and cranny, they need to be put down as fast as possible. Blood AltarThe floating blood altar that Nefarkus uses to spread his influence. This altar empowers his blood magic and enables him to summon corrupted anima wells, even make dead Phrallix's raise from their graves, a power we thought wasn't possible before, we thought they had to be alive to get corrupted, maybe he just purely controls those with blood magic, like a puppet on strings. He doesn't stop with the Phrallix, we have seen him manifest animal corpses from the ground that charges into our ranks. Only to dissolve into blood puddles right after.  Corrupted Anima WellThese are summoned and control by Nefarkus or Varskar, we are not sure. But they fly around the battlefield, coating the Ghuls in blood. This seems to empower them even more and even raise the dead Ghuls from the ground.  Flesheater BarricadeThese so-called barricades pop up everywhere, we aren't actually sure if the Ghulings just burrow underground and pop up somewhere else, or if they are manifested with blood magic. But if they catch you they will drag you underground, never to be seen again. Bloodborne ChargersManifested at the spot from blood and flesh, they charge directly into our ranks. We can't block them as they dissolve into blood again right as they hit us, only to become fleshy again right after. Everything becomes wet and fleshy, have you tried to keep a formation in a pool full of lumps of meat? It ain't easy.   Details Blood Lord Nefarkus comes on a customized 40mm Base. Count Varskar comes on a customized 32mm Base, and a Rider version for the Droknaghul. Corrupted Anima Well comes on a customized 50mm Base. Bloodborne Chargers come on on a 120 x 92mm Base, and consists of 5 individual horse models.
