I had a hard time finding a deralleur brcket for my old steel bike, so I designed one. It's not the lightest but sure enough it's sturdy and I'm not seeing it fail. Print in the indicated orientation, everything should be self supporting. Materials like PETG should be fine but I'll probably print it again in CF Nylon just for peace of mind. The only other hardware piece necessary is a worm gear clamp cut to size, less than 10mm wide. Inserting that into the drive side piece may be a little tricky, I suggest to pre bend the clamp to a radius similar to the one of the clamp channel, it will help a lot. Keep in mind that this is a structural element, I won't trust a crappy untuned printer processing PLA for something like this. If this fails the derailleur will end in your spokes, possibly leading to a crash and serious consequences. Use this design as untested and at your own risk, I will not respond of any failures.
