2x2x16 Cube

I'm working on a massive 2x2x16 cube in Fusion 360, my first ever twisty puzzle project. I'd love to get your expert advice or tips on how to make it better. It's enormous! I can already imagine the challenge of sanding and turning such a large piece. Plus, I'm worried that it will use an excessive amount of plastic. If you're brave enough to print this behemoth, be aware that you'll need to start with a 24mm ES 2x2x2 core. Each corner requires one part 1, one part 3, one part 4, and five part 2 pieces.
