3:1 Geared Gear-themed knob

<p>I wanted to add the 3:1 geared “speed wheel” function to ease the annoying heat/fan scrolling during a cold-pull routine, but I didn't want to loose the cool Sprocket knob from <a href="https://www.printables.com/cs/social/62787">Matt Boyer</a>, which I've been using for more than six months and got quite used to…<br><br>So i decided to combine it: in Prusaslicer.<br>And while I was on it, I also redesigned the outer ring, to match the geared design (and provide better grip as well), and thinned the screw-on base by <a href="https://www.printables.com/cs/social/309037-kuba-smolka">Kuba Smołka</a> so the new control doesn't protrude that much.<br><br>The planet gears are unchanged, you can get them on the original: <a href="https://www.printables.com/cs/model/242829-universal-31-geared-knob">https://www.printables.com/cs/model/242829-universal-31-geared-knob</a><br><br>&nbsp;</p>
