I was looking for a modular, printable filament spool that required minimal hardware to assemble. I made one that only needs common hardware, a LM8UU roller bearing, 6 m3x10mm bolts, 6 m3 washers, and 6 m3 nuts. You can adjust the OD ~30mm from 210-240 and it has a 25mm deep groove for filament.
