3/4 In Sched 40 PVC Pipe Bolt Expander

This is a 3d printed nut and bolt "tension rod" designed to extend a 3/4" Schedule 40 PVC pipe (to put up temporary curtains, or whatever) instead of having to drill brackets. I don't think tension rod is quite the appropriate term. The inner diameter of the rod holder is a little greater than 27mm, so you could probably fit any 1" sized poles as well. It's a snug fit on my local schedule 40 PVC. Each bolt can expand from 40 - 70mm so if you're cutting PVC to fit a gap, just make sure you cut it at least 80mm short. Shorter, if you intend to attach rubber end caps. Printed in PLA, 25% infill. I recommend attaching a foam or piece of rubber to the end of the bolt, or printing an end cap in TPU.
