3-5-7 Game

3-5-7 Game

thingiverse

This was a game that I remember playing when I was in grade school, but have never come across since that time. The object of the game is to force your opponent to flip the last piece. For a move you may flip as many pieces as you like in any one row. It it possible to win every time, but to do so requires a bit of bad sportsmanship. The make of this thing takes two files. The one main game board, and the fifteen flipping pieces. The main board has been designed with space hollowed out on the underside (to save material), but with arched cavities so it can be printed without supports. Once printed the pieces can easily snapped into place. The files were created in VectorWorks and exported as STL files. The main board took about 3 hours to print and the 15 pieces took a little over an hour to print on my Printrbot Simple Metal.
