I needed this to upgrade a WL710AV All-in-one computer's hard drive to a solid state. Because it was in a slide-caddy, the SATA connectors still needed to line up. Screw the SSD on from the bottom, and use the two existing HDD bottom screws to fix the adapter to the drive sled. I'll eventually post the .f3d files in case anyone wants to add the side holes if I don't get to it first. I printed this in Orange Prusament PETG with 15% grid infill and it came out great. The two holes between the side holes and the SSD are for storing the extra two screws you will have left over from the hard drive. They could be special anti-vibration screws, as they are in the WL710AV All-in-one.
