I'm no expert on PC monting specifications, I just made this adapter because my printer wouldn't print any of the larger one piece versions that you can find here on thingiverse. I pulled the dimensions off of a Western Digital hard drive I needed to mount. The holes that line up with the hard drive are 4.0 inches apart, the holes that are used to mount to the drive bay are 3.1 inches apart. The hole diameters should be close enough to use the fasteners you may already have.
