People consider him an outcast, they try to get him kicked off the force, but they always fail because beneath the surface the city knows it needs him, justice couldn't be done without him... and if the only cost to the city is a few brains going missing from the morgue from time to time, well that's a small price to pay.  We've included a pre-hollowed and pre-supported version of this bust!
