3.5mm Audio Switch Box 2 in 1 out

This is a simple 2 in 1 out 3.5mm jack audio switcher designed to allow you to swap audio inputs without needing to disconnect and reconnect cables. For this you will need 3 3.5mm audio jacks, a 3-Pole Double Throw (3PDT) Switch, and some wiring and solder. The switch and audio jack holes are 6mm in diameter. Wire up the jacks and switch and then install it into the top portion of the box. I used some epoxy for additional strength but it is not needed if you just want to use the nuts and washers that came with the hardware. Once you've tested that everything is working then you can run a thin bead of super glue around the perimeter of the bottom before putting the two pieces together. On the underside of the bottom piece I've added a cutout for a piece of double sided tape so you can stick it down onto a surface if desired.
