School Project where we had to design a mill head that could surface contour all while meeting various constraints such as weight and spindle motor power. Many files were provided by the distributors, namely nuts and bolts from McMaster-Carr. The biggest issue with the design was rigidity. Sure, it's strong enough to hold itself together while static, but once cutting, the thing would probably vibrate itself to pieces.
