3 blade spinner/ hub for 6mm motor axis (Dualsky 2814 1200kv 350W). It was created for my Pilatus Porter (1,5 kg AUW) and it has a good performance. The propeller is based on the 9,5x7 Folding propeller designed by Itek (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:573835/files) The union between blades and Hub are 3cap screw Ø3mm 12mm long. I don´t use nut to save some weight and 3mm is tight to keep the screw on its position (lot of hours of flight). The hole needs to be cleaned with a 3mm drill. I clean the blade hole with a 3.2mm drill to keep some folding angle to save the prop in a bad landing. The cone has 3 maks to drill the Ø2mm hole . 3 cap screws are needed Ø2, 3mm long. Regarding resistance, the blades resist full power without any problem (11.000 rpm) but its break in the union section in a powered prop strike with solid object-ground. However, it is important to use the correct temperature to avoid delamination (it has never happened to me). As always, take the necessary precautions in the first test (no children or pets in the rotation perimeter, use safety glasses, etc). Use the propeller at your own risk.
