1 3/4 inch X 1/2 inch 3-D printable STL file I used some small drill bits and sand paper to fit and finish and make it work smooth. seems to print just fine on an ordinary thermoplastic 3-D printer. also hinges seem to be quite strong in ABS, more than i thought they would. I I printed mine solid. I can print these for $5 ea. plus SH and send them to you, or download these files and print them yourself. they work great.
