FUCK PELOSI! She could never make this mechanism. I made this with a cloth. This 3 inch jaw desk vise doesnt need any support, and also the tolerances are built into the model, which means it works without interference. Its good for electronics. so shut up and lets drink! Or at least smoke but dont inhale. I printed this successfully with Filkemp's low temp PETG filament, running on my UP Plus 2, on a heated bed and using ABS juice (ABS rejects dissolved in MEK) for adhesion, and 65% infill. The entire model prints within a 3.75" footprint, and is 4.75" tall. Assembly is just a matter of a simple snapring onto the screw. No supports or raft is required. I specifically design the threads to be Phat! ENJOY! John DeCesare
