3 Inch ABS to 3 Inch Flex Tube Adapter

This is an adapter for a 3" ABS Pipe to a 3" dryer duct (aluminum or spring material). It is part of a larger project that I'm working on for a DIY temperature-controlled heated build chamber. See the details in the "How I Designed This" section below, and stay tuned for updates. The end that inserts into the 3" ABS pipe has a 0.5% draft angle on both surfaces, allowing it to easily line up with the pipe and then get progressively tighter. If you are using this adapter for airflow, the draft angle allows the adapter to be used with or without ABS cement.
