This is a solution if you have z wobble because of poor coupler alignment. The pictures of the sky blue coupling are the first prototype. The design has changed slightly since then. For the source, go to https://github.com/GregFrost/PrusaMendel Instructions Drill dimples in 3 sides of an M8 nut. lock that nut on top of your z rod with another nut (make this really tight). Populate the coupling with 3 m3 nuts in the captive nut slots. Pop your z rod in and screw in 3 m3 bolts/screws to tighten in the dimples on the M3 nut. Attach the rod to the z motor just like the standard prusa coupling. Spin the rod by hand and adjust the 3 screws to remove any misalignment. Enjoy the other problems with your bot now that the Z wobble problem is solved. You may find that over time, the coupling relaxes a bit and will require you to tighten the screws once or twice.
