This syringe end cap will cap off a 3 mL BD syringe. This is convenient for transporting or centrifuging a filled syringe. Update - 04/22/2018 - Added a version 2 that is thinner. This places plunger on the syringe cap closer to the plunger opening so that additional air introduction is minimized when centrifuging is done and the syringe cap is replaced with the syringe plunger.
