3 Mouthed Bartender - Tabletop miniatures

This is a model i designed for tabletop gaming. My friend runs a DnD group that's set in an apocalypse setting and i enjoy designing and printing the miniatures that we use. The 3 mouthed bartender is the local bar owner in the city that my DnD group started out in. He lives at the bar and is usually standing behind the counter, keeping the bar open all hours of the night. He's been infected with a plaque, One that grows and lives off the skin of his body. The plaque has a tendency to grow mouths in odd places, hence the name "3 Mouthed Bartender". An extra mouth has grown on the right side of his head, and likewise on his left shoulder. The bartender has lost his left leg in a fight years ago, and it has since been replaced with a peg leg shotgun. Used as last resort to unabating customers. He has assured the city that the plaque consuming his body does not transmit through the drinks he serves, but is that really true? He stands 4cm tall.
