3 Point Boomerangs

These Boomerangs booth fly very well. The one with round ends and a uniform blade profile goes very far before starting to loop back. if you only print one this is the one to print. The one with the airfoil blade curves up much faster resulting in greater altitude but less distance. How I Designed This Hey this thing flys I was printing a 3 point stand and wasn't sticking down saw a used a raft. After taking the raft off I thought it look a throwing toy and gave it a soft toss. It flew straight and true. A hard throw gives it more or the boomerang effect. These 2 design were my attempt to see if I could improve on the accidental raft. The raft work well for a game of catch indoors the boomerangs are too fast and wild for indoor use.
