30 Amp Power Supply (PSU) Underslung mounting

Continuing on my quest for an IKEA Lack enclosure, I figured it would be better to mount the PSU outside of the printer enclosure to help keep it cool. There are a few mounting solutions around but I wanted the terminal block to be covered up and the supply cable not to be sticking out sideways so I set about designing my own. The terminal cover end is a remix of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2149707 Anet A8 Replacement PSU Cover LH-360W by Sparkyman1. This is a good design but I found the lugs that locate into the PSU vent slots were protruding a bit far, resulting in the more brittle materials (PLA) cracking when fitting and removing. I've reduced the protrusion of these, and have added a set of mounting lugs to enable the supply to be screwed onto the bottom of the Lack table. It has also been enlarged for depth, to allow slight clearance between the surface and the power supply body to ease fit and removal and to help cooling. The non-terminal end of the bracketry (The 2nd Piece), has been scratch designed and is intended to remain fitted permanently to the mounting surface. To remove the PSU for maintenance, simply undo the two wood-screws from the terminal cover end and slide the PSU out of the non-terminal end bracket. The mounting lugs are designed to accommodate countersunk 5mm diameter woodscrews. Recommend drilling a 2mm pilot hole into the cardboard.. er, I mean, the bottom of the Lack table top. There are two versions of the switch cover. One has a hole for a cable entry, the other has a slot to slip over already pre-wired installations. Any comments, feel free to let me know.
